5th Pick: #30
Nice crop and nice subtle use of color shows the movement well

4th Pick: #01
The shading and use of text tell a story. Again, shows movement well.

3rd Pick: #07
Nice use of crop and the positoining of the text makes the image more powerful.

2nd Pick: #10
Both the coloring and cropping are fantastic. Just the right blend of colors to make it poignant but not too dramatic.

1st Pick: #27
Wonderful icon. I love the cropping and the text. The muted coloring draws the eye onto her face and you feel the powerful emotions there. Simple but very elegant - but at the same time very frightening. Which is the desired emotion at that point.

5th Pick: #32
I love the originality of this one. It's not a carbon copy of all the other icons you see around. The colourized versions of the main picture somehow manage to both bring attention to the main picture and also jazz up the black and white. I think it's great!

4th Pick: #03
I love how vibrant the colours are in this -- and yet, the fade to black is also effective as it hits you right away. I like the placement, arrangement and colour of the text as well.

3rd Pick: #23
There's kind of an ethereal glow to this one which compliments Emilie's natural one. I like the positioning of the light overlay in addition to the cropping and choice of picture.

2nd Pick: #27
The simplicity of this one strikes me. The colours all compliment eachother so well and the cropping gives it an eerie feel as well.

1st Pick: #04
I LOVE this one. The flip of that middle piece really draws attention to the whole thing and the closer you look, the more detail you find. I also love the colouring (or I guess, the lack of colouring) and the subtle bit of text. Brilliant!

Wow a great and diverse mix.

5th Pick: #07
Like the crop and the use of text.

4th Pick: #17
Like crop and colors and the way it's hard to tell where her dress leaves off and the rest of the image begins.

3rd Pick: #01
Like the simplicity and the unusual (to me) choice of image and crop.

2nd Pick: #27
Nice harpness, cute image and colors that go well with the humorous text.

1st Pick: #35
I like the collage-y-ness of it all. I haven't a clue how you did that, but it looks cool, and the quote from the Robin Hood song is apropos.

5th Pick #18
I love the coloring and the lighting effect you used. It's really different. Different icons are fun.

4th Pick #33
I like how you took the black and white image and added a little bit of green to it, with the text. Very pretty.

3rd Pick #40
Love the coloring effect. Also the man in the picture is very pretty.

2nd Pick #2
Love the little image of Izzie at the bottom and the asshole text. Even though Alex is a cute asshole.

1st Pick #5
George!!!!!! I also love the soft coloring in this icon and the brush you used.

Awesome job!

5th Pick: #09
I like how half the picture is BW and the rest in color. It really brings focus on the action in the picture. And the text - perfect.

4th Pick: #32
Great irregular placement of the picture - very strong. The upside-down colored versions of her face really complete the icon.

3rd Pick: #26
Once again, great use of the contrast between BW and color. The cropping here is beautiful, and I like how your coloring makes me focus on either of them at once.=)

2nd Pick: #20
Simple, great cropping. Beautiful placement of well-chosen text or font. All around beautiful.

1st Pick: #11
This hit me, I love this. I love the placement of the normal picture versus the one out of the upper corner. The fact that the second one almost blends into the background is very powerful. Also, the coloring is very strong.

5th Pick: #27
I love the text.

4th Pick: #12
Love the selective coloring and that's it's not focused on Fleur, but her sister.

3rd Pick: #13
Great use of textures against the greyscale of Wash.

2nd Pick: #17
Great colors; love the border and tiny text.

1st Pick: #16
The textures and brush work are really great. It seems chaotic at first, but it still works.
